Bidding will be done in dollars per acre with the high bidder having choice of tracts, wherein the high bidder can elect (in any order) any or all tracts for their high bid. TERMS: 10% down sale day with the balance due at closing, on or before May 13th, 2019. Buyer(s) will enter into a contract at the conclusion of the auction.
