Bidding will be done in dollars / acre with high bidder having choice of tracts, wherein the high bidder can elect (in any order) any or all tracts for their high bid. If less than all tracts are chosen, the remaining tracts will be offered in the same manner until all are sold. Tract 5 will be sold individually after all other tracts have been sold. The farm WILL NOT be offered in its entirety.

FINAL SALE PRICE: Final sale price on Tracts #1 - #4 will be determined by the bid per acre amount multiplied by the surveyed acres on each tract. Tract #5 will be sold in whole dollars for the entire tract.

TERMS: 10% down sale day with balance due on or before March 23rd, 2018. Buyer(s) will enter into a purchase contract at the conclusion of the auction. Prospective buyers are urged to make all necessary inspections & financial arrangements prior to the auction. Property is offered in as-is condition with no warranties or guarantees whatsoever.
